Our Program

Flat Rock Minis is a local family-run Farm that seeks to provide great lovable pets to your home as well as top notch additions to any breeding program. We have traveled all over the U.S.A. searching for high quality animals to be a part of our program. Our babies are handled from birth, up to date on vaccinations, socialized with other animals, and started halter training at a young age.

Miniature Cattle and Donkeys differ in many ways, but they are also very similar. They are both herd animals and do better with friends.

Included with purchase

Testing - UC Davis Bovine testing is used as needed for Chrondo status on calves.
Handling/Training - Our babies are handled from birth. My grandmother along with our staff grooms daily and spends numerous hours during the halter training process. Weanlings are required to be picked up upon the agreed upon date. If unable to do so, we are able to provide care for $10/day until pickup.
Registry - All of our calves can be registered with IMCBR and all of our donkeys can be registered in the ADMS book with some being MDR and others ADR. We do have microchipping available as well.
Vaccinations - We vaccinate as recommended by our local veterinarian.
Transportation - We have several transporters that we use and recommend to our buyers if you are not able to pickup.
